Croatia Airlines is increasing the number of flights from Split
The Croatian national airline has made additional changes to this year’s summer flight schedule, which will increase the number of flights from Split airport.
Croatia Airlines announces an increase in the number of weekly rotations from Split Airport, after announcing the introduction of 5 new seasonal routes from Split to Stockholm, Dublin, Bucharest, Amsterdam and Milan.
Namely, the Croatian national airline has been connecting Split with Copenhagen, Dusseldorf and Vienna in the summer flight schedule for many years, while direct flights to Munich and Frankfurt are available throughout the year. As announced by EX-YU Aviation, the company will have more flights on the following routes in the upcoming summer season than in previous years, reports Croatianaviation.com
The line Split – Copenhagen – Split will be in traffic three times per week, in the period from June to the end of September, previously one flight a week was available on this line.
The line Split – Dusseldorf – Split will be in traffic twice a week, from June to the end of September, previously one flight per week was available.
The line Split – Vienna – Split will be in traffic daily, from June to the end of September, while previously they were available from 2 to 4 times a week.
The line Split – Frankfurt – Split will run 9 times a week, last summer it was 7 times a week (daily).
The line Split – Munich – Split will run 12 times a week, last summer there were 8 flights per week.
This is a significant increase in the number of rotations from Split Airport, which only confirms the Croatian national airline’s focus on this airport, for which the demand will be highest in the peak summer season.
Croatia Airlines has competition on all the mentioned routes. SAS and Norwegian will fly to Copenhagen, Eurowings and Condor to Dusseldorf, Austrian Airlines and Wizz Air to Vienna, and German Lufthansa to Frankfurt and Munich.
