Today is the Mediterranean Day- Korčula is planning an interesting program

KORČULA – Mediterranean Day is celebrated every year on November 28 in several countries with the aim of promoting the common heritage of the Mediterranean.

At the beginning of this decade, the 42 member states of the Union pour la Mediterranee (Union for the Mediterranean) declared this date in November as the official Mediterranean Day, and every year events are organized with the aim of promoting our sea, land it is surrounded by, and the numerous islands.

This year, Korčula is one of the places in Croatia where Mediterranean Day will be officially celebrated.

The organizer is the City Museum of Korčula in cooperation with local schools and the Korčula Culture Center, who invite:

– Come to the museum next Monday to warm up the month of November with the Mediterranean glow.
